Xunmao helps customer enterprises improve production efficiency and product quality. In order to better meet market demand, the third automated production line of the customer's Vietnam factory has been completed, taking a big step towards achieving intelligent and automated production.

       This production line can meet the functions of automatic withstand voltage testing, automatic grounding testing, automatic glue filling, automatic electrical function testing, automatic aging, automatic sorting of defective products, and automatic shutdown for high-power power products. With the completion of the third automated production line, production capacity will be significantly increased, with 2600 intelligent aging configurations. In a first in, first out order, the production capacity will reach 400-600PCS/H. Calculated at 20H throughout the day, 8000-12000PCS/day can be produced per day. Calculated at 26 days per month, the monthly output will be around 200000-300000 units, and the annual output will be around 2-3.3 million units. This will bring new opportunities and challenges to the development of the factory.
